We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They spoke excellent English and were always available to assist us with any requests. The food at breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide range of authentic Greek cuisine. The hotel's location was perfect, with stunning views of either the sea or the mountains. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere during the day and the close proximity to the vibrant nightlife. The amenities provided, such as the swimming pool and sun terrace, added to the overall luxury and comfort of our stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed two nights at Palatia Village- on arrival and before depature on Crete. We arrived later at night the first night and service was excellent. We were welcomed and the owner went out of his way to ensure we were able to obtain a meal on site, which was appreciated. The second night was before we flew out. Very nice room, we really enjoyed the pool and the whole complex is well cared for. Owner and staff were very friendly and an excellent place to relax. Breakfast was very relaxing and good quality.
Our room on our second night stay was very nice and was a two room unit. It only had one air conditioner however, and the night was very hot and humid. The AC could not cool the room and with the windows open noises from the area carried up. It was a very hot night and the extra money for the AC that night was not worth it as we had to open the windows in an attempt to cool the room. We had a sleepless night due to the heat and unable to cool the room down. We would still recommend the hotel, it was a good value, good service, and a very nice complex the owners obviously take pride in.

The pool at Palatia was great. The sun was on the pool from early in the morning until the evening time. Organised bbq during the week and a bar which served food all day and evening was great :) It was nice and quite at night so a good nights sleep was got. Its possible to walk to the town and will take only 10mins a taxi will charge €7.
The shower in the apartment was of a low standard and quite difficult to figure out how to work it, did always had hot water and it did have a small bath which was nice too. This place was perfect otherwise

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with refreshing tones that perfectly capture the beauty of the surroundings. The general areas are so well-maintained and inviting. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no steep hills or stairs to climb, making it convenient for me to move around and explore.
The children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle, yet within easy reach of the town center and a traditional village. The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful, and there are fruit trees everywhere. The pool area is clean, not too crowded, and perfect for relaxing.
The breakfast selection is on the basic side; it could be improved.

I always come back because the staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, restaurant. Coming back for another trip!

We had a fabulous holiday at Palatia Village. The apartment was in a peaceful location, yet close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a comfortable stay with spacious and clean rooms. The food was delicious, and we even had breakfast included, making mornings a breeze. The small issue with the shower was quickly fixed. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

During my stay, I was impressed with the excellent location of the hotel; it was near all the attractions, down to the harbor, up to the village, and next to the taxi rank. The view from my balcony was stunning, and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel service was top-notch; the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, with a nice selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, and cooked food to choose from. The pool area and bar were excellent facilities that added to the enjoyment of my stay.
The hotel's WiFi was weak and sometimes sporadic, which caused a few difficulties for me.

I loved the clean and modern room with a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were great, including the decently sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for me, away from the busy centre but still close to restaurants and the beach.
Couldn't fault anything during my stay in this city.

Had a fantastic Xmas break in a lovely family run apartment complex. The white and blue apartments are set among gorgeous olive trees, lemon and pomegranate trees, and various other native flora. Our room was airy and spacious with beautiful views. The pool area was clean and welcoming, great for kids and adults alike. , the location was perfect, only a 20-minute walk uphill to Old Town with authentic tavernas and only a 15-minute downhill walk to the livelier town with lots of restaurants and bars.
The pool bar's overpriced food and drinks. It was not the best quality, and you cannot bring your snacks to the pool, nor could you buy snacks from the pool bar, only full meals.

We got excellent value for our money at Palatia Village Hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely little kitchenette and a spacious balcony offering beautiful sea and mountain views. The location was great, just a short 10-minute walk to the shops and beach. The staff treated us with friendliness and warmth, and the family-run atmosphere really added to the charm of our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement. While our overall stay was fantastic, the quality of the breakfast was a letdown.

We had an unforgettable stay at Palatia Village. George and Maria were amazing hosts, and the staff was super friendly. The hotel had recently renovated rooms with stunning views. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer walk to the charming old town. We enjoyed the clean and family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The food was decent too.
We felt extremely safe and had no complaints during our stay.
